Verification Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Policy explains what "Verified Supplier" means on Aeirex Trade and how the verification process works.

1. What Verification Means

Verified Supplier status indicates that specific business documents were reviewed at the time of verification. Verification is not a guarantee of product quality, business legitimacy, financial stability, delivery performance, future conduct, or transaction safety.

2. Documents Reviewed

  • GST registration certificate
  • Import Export Code (IEC), where applicable
  • Company incorporation or registration documents
  • Product or quality certifications voluntarily submitted by the supplier
  • Other identity or business documents as requested

3. What We Do Not Verify

  • Product quality, samples, or manufacturing processes
  • Financial solvency or creditworthiness
  • Future ability to deliver, perform, or honour commitments
  • Pricing, lead times, or commercial terms
  • Compliance with the laws of the buyer's destination country

4. Tiers

Higher verification tiers reflect additional documents reviewed and/or membership status. Tiers are descriptive and do not constitute an endorsement, ranking of trustworthiness, or warranty of performance.

5. Revocation

Aeirex Trade may suspend or revoke Verified Supplier status at any time, in its sole discretion, including on complaint, suspected fraud, expired documents, or breach of our Terms.

6. Buyer Due Diligence

Buyers must conduct their own due diligence - including sample evaluation, factory audits where applicable, reference checks, and independent legal and commercial review - before transacting with any supplier.
