1. Buyer Acknowledgements
- You will conduct your own due diligence on suppliers, products, samples, certifications, and commercial terms before transacting.
- You are solely responsible for evaluating suppliers and the suitability of their offerings for your use case.
- Aeirex Trade does not guarantee suppliers, products, pricing, delivery, or transaction outcomes.
- All payments, contracts, shipping, and dispute resolution are arranged directly between you and the supplier.
2. Sourcing Requests And RFQs
Sourcing requests must reflect genuine commercial intent with accurate quantity, destination, and timing. Misuse of supplier contact information for spam, scraping, or unrelated purposes is prohibited.
3. Imports And Local Compliance
You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your destination country, including customs, import duties, product registration, labelling, and any required permits or licences.
4. Reporting Issues
If you encounter fraud, fake products, misleading listings, or misconduct, report it through our Complaint & Grievance Policy.
