By creating a supplier account or listing products on Aeirex Trade, you agree to this Supplier Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Supplier Acknowledgements
- You own or have all rights, licences, and consents to all content, images, trademarks, and product information you upload.
- All product, pricing, MOQ, certification, and company information is accurate, current, and not misleading.
- You will comply with all applicable laws, including taxation, export control, sanctions, labelling, packaging, environmental, and product safety regulations.
- You indemnify Aeirex Trade against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your products, services, listings, communications, or conduct on the Platform.
2. Honouring Quotations
Quotations submitted through the Platform must reflect genuine commercial intent. Suppliers must disclose all material terms (price, MOQ, lead time, incoterms, payment terms) before accepting an order.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Counterfeit, infringing, or unlawful products
- False certifications, fabricated audit reports, or misrepresented capacity
- Misleading photographs, stock images presented as own production, or unauthorised use of brand assets
- Spam, harassment, or off-platform solicitation that bypasses buyer protections
4. Enforcement
Aeirex Trade may, in its sole discretion, suspend, remove listings, downgrade verification status, or permanently terminate supplier accounts for any breach of this Policy or our Terms.
