Aeirex Trade respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This Policy describes how rights holders may report infringement and how Aeirex Trade handles such reports.
1. Prohibited Content
Users must not upload, list, or distribute content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, design right, or other intellectual property right of any third party.
2. Notice Of Infringement
Rights holders or their authorised agents may submit a takedown notice to contact@aeirextrade.com including:
- Identification of the right allegedly infringed (registration details where available)
- URL or unique identifier of the allegedly infringing listing
- A statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and the notifier is authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder
- Contact information (name, address, phone, email) and signature (physical or electronic)
3. Action By Aeirex Trade
Upon receipt of a valid notice, Aeirex Trade will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who posted it. Aeirex Trade may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
4. Counter Notice
Users who believe content was removed in error may submit a counter notice to contact@aeirextrade.com including identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and consent to jurisdiction at Bengaluru, India.
5. Misuse
Submitting false or bad-faith infringement notices may result in liability for damages, including legal costs.
